Getting Started
Here's how to get up and running in Liza – from login to your first shared list.
1. Sign in
Open app.liza.app and sign in. Liza runs in the browser as well as a desktop and mobile app.
2. Workspace & team
Your workspace is the shared working space for your organization. Invite colleagues and group them into teams.
3. Create your first list
Lists are at the heart of Liza: create a list (e.g. "Onboarding" or "Sprint 42") and add your first tasks. Each list has its own chat, files, and events.
4. Collaborate
- Assign tasks to people and set due dates.
- Discuss directly on a task in the team chat.
- Start a meeting straight from the project when needed.
5. Connect & automate
Link external tools via integrations (e.g. calendars, GitHub) and let Liza AI lend a hand.
