Workspace
The Workspace is your organization's shared working space. All lists, chats, files, and calendars live inside it.
Inviting people
Invite colleagues to the workspace by email. Each person has a role that determines what they're allowed to do.
Roles
Liza uses a role hierarchy (from broadest to narrowest):
Owner → Admin → User → Follower → Guest
Higher roles include the permissions of the lower ones. For example, only higher roles may make structural changes, while Followers have primarily read access.
Teams & groups
- Teams group people together (e.g. "Development", "Sales") and make assignments and visibility easier.
- Groups are used for organizational bundling and access control.
Workload
Workload views show you how tasks are distributed across people and teams and who has overdue tasks.
