Projects: the big picture
A project is the overarching bracket for related work – with lists/tasks, chat, files and dates in one place. Large projects can be split into weekly plans and sprints, turning many details into an overview. Besides planned tasks, there is room for spontaneous things too: questions, shared links, research and private notes.
Task Status & Priority
- Status: open (
todo, open,in progress) or completed (done). - Priority: a scale from low to urgent – helps with sorting.
- Due date: a target date; overdue tasks are highlighted.
